Booking direct conditions:
Cancelation: you can cancelling free of charge up to six weeks before your stay, after the 6 weeks the cancelation cost is 50% of the booking cost. No shows are charged at 100% of the total booking cost.
Payment: to help to save you money on booking costs and bank and credit card charges we only take CASH at check out, however you are required to give us your card details at time of booking to hold as a deposit (no payment is taken at the time booking).
Room details: We give the discount based on your room with breakfast price that is listed on booking.com. We do not discount on room only tariffs.
